Stand with a family against attempted medical kidnapping

I'm in literal hell right now. I had to take my 4-year-old into Urgent Care last week because I noticed her breathing sounded a little bit funny. She wound up having pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital for 12 hours. But the first facility that we went to claimed she had carbon monoxide poisoning and reported me to CPS, even though all of the CO tests showed negative.

When I noticed that the doctor was trying to treat her for carbon monoxide poisoning, I said I wanted a different doctor and that we needed to leave this facility. I'm going to take her somewhere else. He then became irate with me, threatening to call the police and CPS. When I turned my back to him and said I no longer wanted to speak to him and was no longer going to communicate with him, he screamed at me, "I'm going to go call CPS and have all four of your other children removed from your home."

Now I am in a giant battle, and CPS blatantly told me, "We know that this is a lie, but this is our procedure. We need to speak to all of your children and come into your home." I said absolutely not, especially when you stated that you know that this is a lie. So now I'm in the process of trying to gather up $5,000 to put down on a lawyer. (Still need money to live) Of course, I will be suing this doctor for defamation of character, slander, libel, malice, and medical malpractice. But oh, what a shit-storm I'm in, please stand with us!

The doctor was also trying to medically kidnap my daughter. He told me to leave the facility, go gather my belongings, and to come back. He was over-prescribing when we first arrived; he ordered three different types of painkillers. He also ordered two vials of fast-acting injectable steroids, which I declined all of. He literally sent the police to my house at 2:20 in the morning to check for a welfare check to see if all of my children had carbon monoxide poisoning. The police arrived and after we communicated CO detectors in our home did not trigger, they were like, this is absolutely bogus, we're not even writing a report. He wrote false statements in her medical records saying I told him our heat was broken and that I keep my house 50°. I literally have seven built-in heaters in the house plus a wood stove. I was like, Doc, you're not listening to me. I am not an idiot. She doesn't have CO poisoning or CO2 poisoning. She is sick. What are you not getting?

Dear friends, I have never asked any of you for anything and I have poured my heart and soul into many of you. Could you please find it in your hearts to help my family in this time of desperation? All of you who know me know I'm an amazing mother and that my husband and I love our children to the ends of the earth.
