STAND UP FOR THE WITTERINGS CAMPAIGN MATERIALS
Donation protected
Manhope was started in 2017 amidst growing concerns about the urbanisation of the western end of the Manhood Peninsula, just south of Chichester, and was intended to be an informative portal. That remains the central purpose today but with more Manhope volunteers we are actively informing residents through events, newsletters and public meetings.
Manhope have created an awareness campaign to highlight the impact the recent unprecedented development applications will have on the local area - threatening our rural seaside characteristics and eco tourism by merging villages together in an urbanisation.
Up to July 2021, we raised enough funds to pay for the first events including leaflets, banners and marketing collateral so thank you to everyone that got us up to that first £650.
We recognised to really involve and service all residents we needed to rebuild our website and run further public meetings.
During July, Manhope paid for a website to be built and ran 2 public meetings in West Wittering and Bracklesham and have run weekly campaigning in the village.
The outgoings for this are in the region of £1,000.
If you support our objections we would very much appreciate a small donation towards our marketing.
All money raised will go directly towards marketing materials and future events.
Supporters and organisers time is entirely voluntary and is unpaid.
Thank you for supporting the event and ongoing work to stop the urbanisation of the Manhood Peninsula.
