Seeking Support to Secure Release and Legal Representation for J. Dave Louissaint

I’m reaching out for help during a very challenging time. Dave Louissaint, someone we know and care deeply for, is currently in a state-holding cell after experiencing a sudden nervous breakdown. Dave Louissaint is now being held at a state-holding facility with a bond set at $20,000.

This situation does not define who Dave truly is. He is an astute 27-year-old, with an infectious smile, kind-hearted, born in Haiti, now residing in the US, whose desire in life is to become a medical doctor. But his secret passion is expressing himself musically as a DJ. Life's pressures can overwhelm even the strongest among us, and in a moment of emotional distress, mistakes can happen. Now, we are working tirelessly to ensure Dave gets the help he needs—both to regain freedom and secure proper legal representation and to get a fresh start in life after his legal challenges.

Lately, Dave has been under immense stress and pressure, culminating in this overwhelming moment. Dave needs our support to overcome this difficult chapter in their life.

The Goal:

We need to raise emergency funds to cover the bond amount and additional capital to hire an experienced lawyer to represent Dave in court.

1. Posting the $20,000 bond to bring Dave home.
