Men's Sheds are safe spaces where men can meet and create to help alleviate social isolation, loneliness and improve mental and physical wellbeing while learning and sharing practical skills. They support each other by providing a safe space to discuss health issues and their community by creating projects and helping local organisations.

Stamford Shed has been meeting for a few months and are fundraising with the aim of purchasing a portable building to be used as a workshop and social space. In time the Shed would like to also offer a community repair service.
