Stable housing for bear and kids

Hi my name is Bear and this year has been a doozy. I have been served papers for eviction if I don't come up with the rest of my rent by the 18th. I had all of my assets froze after someone hacked and wiped my bank account last month, and then had two of my tires slashed by someone in my neighborhood. It's been one blow after another. I was able to get tires to replace the popped ones, but this took money away from other bills that I was still behind on. I am pretty desperate. My job pays twice a month which makes the money stretch even tighter. I've had to stop taking my kids to their martial arts classes to save a little for gas, and I only buy the most basic of necessities for the house. I applied for a loan but because of my bank account issue no one is willing to deal with me currently. I am not entirely sure what else to do. I'm writing this in my car between door dash deliveries.
