My kids' mother is attempting to move 92 miles from my current residence and enroll them in school at that new residence, which in turn would cut my time with my children down to every other weekend. But the most important factor is that they would lack stability. The reason being is that they would be dependent on their mother's new romantic relationship of 2 months to last. If for some reason the relationship doesn't last, they will be forced to move again, or potentially finish out a school year in an environment where their mother and her partner are not getting along. They need a stable household to reside in for the duration of each and every school week, and I can provide that without a doubt. I live with my mother, who owns her home and has been with the same employer for 30 years. Obviously I'm not in a romantic relationship with her so there is absolutely zero risk of me ever having to relocate. I've also intentionally stayed out of romantic relationships so as not to disrupt the children's mental health, and I plan on keeping it that way until they have had enough time to adjust to the disintegration of their own family.

This is not an attack on her, nor is it an attempt to make her look bad. This is an attempt to preserve stability for my children.

*Update as of 8-30-22* Our status quo order was granted. Next comes the modification to the parenting plan which may cost another $3500. I am now opening this up to the public.
