Hello,

My name is Charlie and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my son Charles. He’s 19, and now going to start his first real job, and begin his journey in life. He has to commute back and forth to work unfortunately public transportation will not service his needs as service is not in the area of where he’ll be working. I'm juggling a lot a right now, and here is where I could use a little help, Please. Sometimes in our lives we hit a rough spot, and this is for me one of those times. I’ve obtained a car with 67,000 miles from my sister who is ill for him to have, but it needs some work done to it. At this time I just can’t manage all of it by myself. The car has been sitting for a while, but it is a good vehicle for him with good gas mileage. Listen I’m a proud man, and yes I do find this embarrassing but he is my son, and I’ll do anything I can to help him succeed. So if embarrassing myself is needed to help him then so be it. I’m not asking for a lot. I just a need a little help here. So, if you can please consider my goal here with the understanding that life will contain challenges as we all know.
