My name is Alan Roycroft (AR Fitness Coach) based in Salthill. I've been delivering exercise classes for SVP in Galway city (Croí Na Gaillimhe Resource Centre) for over a year and have seen first hand the excellent work they do. I strongly believe in the support they provide for the more vulnerable members of our community.

I'm holding a tea & coffee morning in the main hall of the Arus (Salthill/Knocknacarra GAA club) on Friday 26th June from 8am - 11am for anyone who would like to come along to support and enjoy a relaxing social occasion.

Your donations to this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated.
