Please help me help the Stauffer Family. I'm shaving my hair off to support a beautiful wife with two young children that lost their husband and father to brain cancer in 2019. Jake was given up to 2 years and hoped for 5 years but only surviving 11 months. Jake was four days off his 30th birthday, dying on his sons fourth birthday. After eleven months; 2 brain surgeries, 6 weeks of radiation, and 8 months of chemo, their battle came to an end for him and his wife Tash and children Nixon 4 and Remi 2.
Jake's diagnosis was so abrupt and unexpected, that the family were unsure of what was ahead, with Tash getting a new job to try to support the family, only to then take time off as Jake needed more care. She never left his side, and stuck to every promise they made to each other in the end.
My name is Savannah, I share my birthday with this beautiful human being who lost his life far too soon, so to support his wife and children, I will be shaving my hair off for my 18th birthday on Friday the 23/07/2021 at the Chelmsford hotel, Kurri Kurri beginning at 5:30 pm.
