Want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money to benefit the Sprint To Cite Soleil basketball program in Cite Soleil, Haiti. Any donation will help make a difference in the lives of these children. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us!
Sprint to Cite Soleil works alongside the community of Cite Soleil, Haiti to inspire, empower, and create peace. This organization was started by 2 high school students, Jack Moe and Sam Shapiro. They wanted to help children in Cite Soleil, Haiti stay off the streets and participate in something that would give them hope for their future in Haiti. This basketball program helps over 120 children, boys and girls. They employ 4 cooks and 10 coach mentors in the community who train the kids in basketball and provide them with a nutritious meal, water and a community off the streets. In just over three years this program has had a great impact in Cite Soleil. What is the price of hope for children in Cite Soleil?
Just $5 can put one child through a practice with a meal on a Saturday, $50 can put a child through the meal program for a year, $100 can support the basketball practices for a month with water provided, $150 pays for one child to play basketball and have meals for an entire year, $500 pays for meals for the kids for an entire month.
