Hi my name is Val and I raising money on behalf of Springwell Community Hub after the dreadful event on Sunday evening. Unfortunately the memory garden was purposely set on fire by vandals and a memory bench was also thrown on the top of the fire. We can not allow these mindless actions from three youths, take away the community spirit and all the hard work that has been done by Lisa Loan and other members of the Springwell Community Hub. Our aim is to raise enough money so this garden can be made nice again, and a place for local people to go to have five minutes sit down in nice surroundings, and remember their loved ones.
