I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of FORTHEKIDSGA INC, a 501(C)(3) Nonprofit Organization dedicated to supporting youth in our community, I’m reaching out to ask for your support for the Stewart Middle School football team.
The Stewart Middle School football team is in need of new helmets, uniforms, shoulder pads, and other essential equipment due to the outdated gear that has not been updated in over 10 years. As you can imagine, this poses serious safety risks for the student-athletes on the team. By sponsoring new equipment, you will not only ensure the safety of these young athletes but also support their growth and development in the sport.
We are seeking sponsorships from local businesses, the Police Department, Sheriff Office, County and City officials, fire department, sports gear stores, individuals, and the school district to help us provide the necessary equipment for the Stewart Middle School football team as it has been calculated that this project would cost around Fifteen Thousand US dollars. Your contribution will make a significant impact on the lives of these student-athletes and help them achieve their full potential on the field.
