Family and friends,

As some of you know, Eddie and his family came to the United States from Ukraine in 1990 with help from sponsors. These sponsors assisted his family with initial housing, establishing jobs, and acclimating to the new culture. Now, over 30 years later, with the ongoing devastation to Ukraine, we are looking to pay it forward by sponsoring others to come here. We connected with Gleb and Mariia, a young couple from Kiev, who are seeking to start a new chapter in Chicago. We know many of you are interested in supporting Ukraine so our aim is to provide a direct avenue to help individuals in need. In addition to our sponsorship commitment, your donations will continue funds for daily living expenses such as rent, transportation, and food. We are excited to make a difference in Gleb and Mariia’s lives and welcome you to the journey!
