AWARE NI (Awareness Raising Working for Everyone Northern Ireland) is Northern Ireland's leading charity for depression and bipolar disorder, providing crucial support, education, and hope through volunteer-led support groups, wellbeing programs (like Mindfulness, Living Life to the Full, and Mood Matters), and resources for individuals, families, and communities affected by these conditions, aiming to reduce stigma and promote mental health.
