As we enter the holiday season, we’re focused on the mental health of our teens. Recent data shows that the prevalence of depression and anxiety in children and adolescents around the world has doubled from pre-pandemic levels.
I’m helping to ensure these young people have hope for their future with my Sponsor-A-School campaign. I’d love to invite you to help me reach my goal to provide free Prismatic programming for a high school located in one of Chicago’s most under-served neighborhoods. All funds raised will go directly towards providing future leaders access to career development programs steeped in essential social and emotional skill-building entirely for free.

- In the short term, SEL programs enhance young people’s lives and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
- In the long term, these programs boost levels of well-being up to 18 years later and can support the positive development of students from diverse family backgrounds.
About Prismatic:
Prismatic teaches young people the skills to become mission-driven leaders through educational programs in collaboration with schools, community organizations, and professional mentors. Teens and young adults learn to combine their unique strengths, personal mission, and tangible 21st-century skills in career development programs that prepare them to lead with intention.
