Join me in bringing free leadership programming to Chicago teens living in high-need communities this holiday season.
As we enter the holiday season, we’re focused on the mental health of our teens. Recent data shows that the prevalence of depression and anxiety in children and adolescents around the world has doubled from pre-pandemic levels.
I’m helping to ensure these young people have hope for their future with my Sponsor-A-School campaign. I’d love to invite you to help me reach my goal to provide free Prismatic programming for a high school located in one of Chicago’s most under-served neighborhoods. All funds raised will go directly towards providing future leaders access to career development programs steeped in essential social and emotional skill-building entirely for free.
When you support my Sponsor-A-School campaign, you’ll join the Prismatic community and get an inside look into the students you’ve supported with...
...features on your sponsored school
...opportunities to inspire students through volunteer mentorship
...and digital stories on the leadership journey of each teen you’ve supported
Donate today to spark new hope in today’s teens.
Did you know?
- Students participating in social and emotional learning (SEL) programs showed improved classroom behavior, an increased ability to manage stress and depression, and better attitudes about themselves, others, and school.
- In the short term, SEL programs enhance young people’s lives and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
- In the long term, these programs boost levels of well-being up to 18 years later and can support the positive development of students from diverse family backgrounds.
