More information about Prismatic Movement: Prismatic teaches young people the skills to become mission-driven leaders through educational programs in collaboration with schools, community organizations, and professional mentors. Our students learn to combine their unique strengths, personal mission and tangible 21st century skills in a career development program that prepares them to lead with intention.

• Students participating in social and emotional learning (SEL) programs showed improved classroom behavior, an increased ability to manage stress and depression, and better attitudes about themselves, others, and school.
• ​​In the short term, SEL programs enhance young people’s lives and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
• In the long term, these programs boost levels of well-being up to 18 years later and can support the positive development of students from diverse family backgrounds.
