South Prescott Lower Bottoms Neighbors,

We are raising funds to pay for the cost of barriers to limit large vehicle & encampment parking, but still allow for normal autos to park. These barriers will be placed in our neighborhood, extending coverage beyond existing barriers.

Our barriers will be sourced from a used barrier seller in Sacramento. Once purchased, we will purchase gravel and fill & stage the barriers ourselves on a service day! The total cost of materials needed is $3,000. Having these barriers in place will give us relief from concerns of our existing encampments growing further in our neighborhood. This will limit the fire & disaster hazards of encampments, ensure access for auto parking, help our parks serve their functions as recreational spaces, and reduce dumping sites.
