Our Foundation:

Speema was established in Orlando, Florida, where we hosted multiple curated experiences bringing women together across industries in environments designed to feel intentional, refined, and personal. These early experiences laid the groundwork for a trusted community.

Building on that momentum, Speema expanded into Boston, Massachusetts, where we continue to cultivate meaningful relationships and introduce the Speema network to a new market of women entrepreneurs, creators, influencers and professionals.

Today, Speema operates with strong roots in Orlando and Boston, while continuing to grow as a network online.

Expansion With Intention:

Speema’s expansion is strategic, curated, and selective.

Each new city is introduced through private, intimate gatherings, inviting women entrepreneurs, creators, influencers & professionals. These introductions allow Speema to build trust, form meaningful relationships, and grow organically while maintaining the exclusivity and quality of the network.

New York City, Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, North Carolina, Chicago, Detroit (Michigan), Louisiana, Philadelphia & more

As Speema continues to grow, 2026 represents the next phase of our ecosystem expanding beyond connection and visibility into tangible support, multi-city growth, and deeper impact.

Our plans for 2026 include:

• Expanded programming that supports women across both their professional and personal lives

• Hosting the Rebranding Brunch 2026 in two major cities.

• Launching our private membership network, providing ongoing access to resources, curated experiences, collaboration opportunities, and a trusted directory of women within Speema

• Deepening impact in existing communities, including Boston and Orlando, through consistent, high-quality experiences and expanded opportunities for collaboration
