Myself and a group of friends, all with experience as caregivers at Camp Horizon, are organizing a special Shabbos retreat for special needs children, as we have done before which was a huge success.

The purpose is to offer these children a weekend getaway, providing their families with a much-needed break.

As many may understand, these Shabbos getaways are vital for the children and their families, offering a refreshing change. It allows the families to spend a weekend without the constant care demands of their beloved child, giving them peace of mind knowing their child is well looked after and enjoying a great time.

Already the responses that we have received from these parents have been very forthcoming and they are really happy with the offer.

We have Baruch Hashem found a nice house in west-cliff (where our medic resides) that can accommodate 7 children and 8 carers.

The total cost for this Shabbos retreat is £2000. We are seeking your support through a donation to enable us to provide this unique experience for the children.
