I’m hosting a special Breathwork journey in honour of all the mothers who have nurtured, loved, and supported us.

This session is close to my heart, as all funds raised will go directly to Sydney women’s refuge supporting survivors of domestic violence.

I’ve recently started volunteering there, offering Breathwork and sound meditation to support their healing journey. Sadly, they don’t have the basic items we often take for granted — like yoga mats, pillows, and eye masks.

All money raised will help provide these essentials, bringing comfort to women who need it most.

Suggested donation: $65-80 (or whatever feels right for you)
