As most of you know Kali has a lot of challenges. She has a genetic mutation called KCNQ2 Encephalopathy. It causes seizures, developmental delays and mild to severe disabilities. For Kali she is 16 months old and can not hold her head up or sit and does not even purposefully use her hands. One thing we struggle with is finding a stroller that will accommodate her special needs. Insurance companies will only pay for an item such as this  once every five years and Kali will need a wheelchair in that time frame. Wheelchairs are much more expensive so we need to save the insurance for that.
