Space Race for headspace Australia

Space Race is an internet-wide escape room event raising funds for headspace - an Australian youth mental health charity.

Note: Donations via GoFundMe go directly to headspace.

Your mission

Using the only tools at your disposal (a laptop or computer ), you have been tasked to solve a series of escape-room-style puzzles spread across the internet to help Dr. Barlow and his team close the wormholes before it's too late ‍‍♀️. Think YouTube, Google Maps, Wikipedia, etc.

The crew

You will not have to complete this mission alone! You will be working in a team of up to 6 players. So, gather up your most adventurous friends to form the ultimate crew!

Challenge

The challenges have been designed to draw on your understanding of the internet. Know how to Google your way around a problem? Perfect. If puzzling is not your thing, tune in to the live stream and play for bonus points by sending in messages and sketches through the console.

All proceeds of this event will be going to headspace, a youth mental health foundation that provides tailored and holistic mental health support to 12 - 25 year olds across Australia. Your generosity will assist them in continuing to provide quality support, information and services to young people during a time where financial and social pressures have led to a sense of social isolation for many and made the importance of quality mental health support even more prominent
