Hi friends and family,

Many of you know that for the past four years, Stefney and I have been navigating the long and complicated U.S. immigration process so that we can finally live together in America as husband and wife. It has been a journey filled with paperwork, waiting, prayers, and perseverance.

Because Stefney is a citizen of Sri Lanka, she has not been able to enter the United States without completing the full immigrant visa process. We’ve worked through petitions, legal fees, government processing, and countless steps — trusting God each step of the way.

We are so grateful to share some amazing news: Stefney passed her U.S. Embassy interview! She has been approved to receive her green card and is now in the final stage of the process. After her passport is processed, she will officially be able to enter the United States as a permanent resident.

However, there is one final hurdle. U.S. immigration requires that I travel to Sri Lanka and return with Stefney to the United States. International flights to and from South Asia are expensive, especially after we have already invested thousands of dollars into legal fees, applications, and processing costs over the past four years.

That’s why we are humbly asking for help with the cost of airfare for this final step of our journey. Any contribution — big or small — will directly go toward bringing Stefney home so we can finally begin our life together in the same country.
