To prevent community deterioration by acquiring and reviving abandoned, foreclosed and vacant homes and property and renovating for home occupancy, educational and technical training, financial services, and business opportunities.

To keep West Southern Pines as a vibrant part of the greater sandhills community and provide opportunities for it's citizens.

Funds will be used to develop a strategic business plan, to purchase, redevelop, and maintain properties acquired, enable sports activities, and to develop job training programs. The end goal is to acquire the Southern Pines Primary School that will be the major facility to support community activities.
