On May 4th I will run the Drogheda 10k in a Mandalorian costume (May the 4th be with you!) to raise funds jointly for South Westmeath Hospice and St Francis Hospice Raheny to help them in the great work they do.

South Westmeath Hospice in honour of the kindness they showed during my father's care. St Francis in memory of my old work colleague Phyllis O'Flaherty.
