Soup for a Soul

As we all know 2020 has been a year of challenges and struggles for many. It’s at this time of year that people are struggling physically and emotinally to look after themselves, their families just to keep warm, nourished and have solid healthy meal on the table.
Last year through kindness like this 450 donations provided 500 plus containers of soup for individuals in need.
We have come together again for this Winter Season to work with the Food bank, High River Food Rescue and Families, Seniors, and Individuals to make 1-liter containers($15/litre of soup that serves 6 to 8ppl) of nutritious semi condensed soups to give those who need it the most.
Your Donatations will go to provide funds for delivery, supplies, packaging, labels to make these soups as Chef Mark and team donates their time and skills to create these amazing soups.


Our goal is to serve 1500 to 2000 containers of soup this season and your donations will be sincerley appreciated.
