Friends and Family:  On 01/17/2017 my brother Kent Sorenson was sentenced to 15 months in Federal Prison.  Even though he cooperated with the authorities and was promised a lighter sentence, his sentence was 5x heavier than the other defendants.

Shawnee, Mattie, Noah, Sam and Chloe will need to continue on with their lives.  They will have to continue paying all household bills, mortgage, food to eat, clothing for the kids and normal household supplies, while Kent completes the final stage of this long process.

While Shawnee is seeking all avenues of income she has not worked outside of the home for 20 years as she has been homeschooling all 6 of their children.
