Sophie’s week at ampcamp

Hi my name is Debbie and I’m fundraising for the amazing Sophie’s week at AmpCamp. Sophie tragically lost her full leg 4 years ago . Her story is one of heartbreak and sadness and not my story to tell. Sophie has been funded a fully paid week at AmpCamp where she will gain the opportunity to spend with other people with a limb difference. Being involved in activities that push her to be stronger and more confident. She will be involved in fitness, yoga, Pilates , meditation and lots of fun filled excursions . All while being fed a healthy diet. This week will see her excel and gain her a family for life. Although Sophie has been funded a free place flights still have to be paid for and I would love to get her a little bit of spending money. I know this girls story and she really does deserve the world. Sophie stays in Irvine and as a community let’s get behind this remarkable young lady and give her a week she truly deserves.

I will be competing in Hyrox in March and will dedicate my training up to the event to help raise the funds. Sophie will also be joining us in February to climb her very first mountain, Catbells a Wainwright in the Lake District. I know she will smash it.
