Hi, I’m Chris and I am part of a group of eight adventurers who will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge in August. This challenge involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon - the three highest peaks in Scotland, England, and Wales - and we will be aiming to do this all within 24 hours.

We will all be training hard over the coming months and hope to raise as much money as we can for two incredible charities:

HAMPSHIRE & IOW AIR AMBULANCE

An independent charity that brings an advanced Critical Care Team to the most seriously ill and injured patients, giving them the best chance of survival and recovery.

SOPHIE’S LEGACY

Created in memorial of Sophie Fairall and the amazing legacy of change she wanted to create:

​1. A play specialist 7 days a week in hospitals

2. Improvements to food for children in hospital

3. For parents to be fed when staying with their child

4. For GPs, nurses and health professionals to be trained in childhood cancer

5. To increase the funding in childhood cancer research

Both of these registered charities are entirely reliant on donations from individuals and organisations to fund their operations and initiatives. The money raised will be divided equally between the two charities and we hope to raise £1000 for each charity to support them in continuing to provide such a wonderful service for our local community.
