Hi, my name is Charly, and I’m reaching out for support during one of the hardest months Sophie and I have ever faced. Sophie is Ysera’s mom, and just four days before Ysera passed away, she was in a terrible car accident that totaled our car.

Losing Ysera was already heartbreaking, but on top of that, we ran into one issue after another—fighting with the towing company just to get Sophie’s personal belongings, battling with the insurance company, which initially refused to acknowledge our collision coverage, and navigating endless stress and financial strain. It took legal pressure just to get them to admit we had the coverage we paid for.

This past month has been one of the most difficult in our long relationship—mentally, emotionally, and financially. Only having one car while trying to deal with everything else has made daily life incredibly challenging. Sophie needs a reliable car, and we are trying to raise $6,000 to help her get back on the road.
