Son’s Battle of the Boob

Please help our amazing fitness family member Sonia ‘Sonique’ Smith if you can

On the 3rd December 2024 Sonia was diagnosed with a HER2 positive breast cancer which has spread to her lymph nodes.

As you can imagine this came as huge shock to us all, being the fit and healthy super-human she is, and proved that cancer has no boundaries - it can affect absolutely anyone.

The diagnosis she received can only be treated with at least 4 months of chemotherapy, followed by a course of immunotherapy and finally surgery which involves a mastectomy and removal of the affected lymph nodes.

Understandably, as a freelance, self employed fitness instructor the treatment plan is going to massively impact her income.

During her treatment and recovery Sonia needs to give her full attention to healing and recuperation, the last thing we want is for her to worry about paying the bills.

So this crowdfunder has been set up to help relieve the stress and raise some cash to get her through this time as comfortably and as worry free as possible.
