Sonia's Journey: From Grief to Hope

Sonia became part of our church family a few years ago. At the time, her husband had become seriously ill with Valley Fever. She found hope and community through the Redeemer’s Español community. She has faithfully worked in the fields to support her family during his chronic and debilitating illness.

Sadly, her husband passed away three weeks ago. As you can imagine, her family is devastated. Last week, Sonia had an accident while picking fruit. She fell from a ladder and was injured. She is now unable to work or walk and is facing many financial hardships, including rent, bills, and funeral costs.
