Craigflower/Gorge Assault

My son was the male assaulted in Kosapsom Park on July 11. He was walking a distressed unknown female home and was attacked from behind. He went unconscious … doesn’t remember after that. He ended up with a broken nose, cheekbone and eye socket and 100 stitches. Brass knuckles were used.

Needless to say I am, as well as all his family, heartbroken. Now he is dealing with recovery and inability to work. It is unknown when he will be able to return to work. He works in the community of Esquimalt and is the sole income provider. He is a hard worker and is devoted to his family. They have two children.

This event will change his life. I have set up a Go Fund Me … any support would be greatly appreciated. This is a very sad circumstance that no one can prepare for. They were getting by as best as they could, in today’s environment. A very generous and kind family … they did not deserve this. Stay safe everyone …
