Help Me Make a Difference for Shepherd House Orphanage

On 30th May, I’m doing something that may genuinely be my biggest challenge yet…

I’m staying silent.

Yes… me. Silent. For FOUR HOURS.

From midday until 4pm, I’ll be taking on a sponsored silence to raise money for the amazing children at Shepherd House Orphanage in Uganda.

Now, as if that isn’t hard enough…

during the silence, there will also be an opportunity for children to come and torment me (because clearly I haven’t suffered enough already )

Why I’m Doing This

Shepherd House Orphanage is home to children who deserve so much more than the circumstances they’ve been given.

It’s a place of love, care, and hope—but like many places, it relies on support to keep going.

The money raised will go directly towards:

• Food ️

• Education

• Clothing

• And giving these children a safe, happy place to grow up

These aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials. And your support helps make them possible.

At 4pm, once I’m finally allowed to speak again (prepare yourselves ),

we’ll be hosting a Children’s Disco at Liphook Village Hall for two hours of fun!
