Some help for my Grandma and my family

Many people do not know I still have family in Colombia, including my Grandmother, who helped raise me and was there for us when we had very little. She is a hero to me and lives a very simple life with a house that would not be acceptable for living in the USA. She is extremely ill and Colombia does not have the hospitals we have, or the home nursing, or Hospice. We were told today she has a day or two to live, and I will be going down asap. Her Liver is failing, and I am trying to support my family and their needs. Tom and I will do all we can, but I thought there may be some people out there who may want to support my family in Colombia. We are good and are planning on supporting the, I would see that every cent is spent on my Grandmother's needs. From the home, to the funeral to family support down there, I would love to offer them some help for their needs. No one feel pressure to help if this is not a good time. Thank you Love Andres
