solicitors fees, help me and my children escape abuse

Hello my name is Emma I went through a bad domestic abuse situation for 12 years, I found the courage 3 years ago to get help from TDAS and social workers and the courts removed him from the family home immediately. They put a non molestation order and occupation order in place on the home to keep him away from the home, myself and the children.

I have to go to court every year to ask the judge to renew it, but as it's been 3 years now and he still refuses to sort the property situation out they may not renew it much longer the judge told me last time. Even though last time the order lapsed for 3 days my ex tried to break into the home at midnight filming through the windows and scared the life out of us, but the courts aren't bothered it seems that this will happen again if I have no protection in place. If they don't renew it this October he can walk back in this home whenever he wants. We are scared of he is physically, emotionally and physiologically abusive to us, he disowned the children 3 years ago doesn't see or pay for them never has. He now financially abuses me to punish us. I have already spent 20k on solicitors to try and buy the home from him or sell it, he has refused to let me remortgage even though he hasn't paid it for 3 years and i now pay 2k a month alone on the mortgage. as the fixed deal ended 2 years ago and I can't change it without his permission which he refuses for no reason other than control. He avoids csa, sends bailiffs to this home for his debts etc

The kids are scared that he will be allowed to come back and hurt us as do i if this isn't resolved asap, He has drained all my spare cash i work 2 jobs to cover everything, but have no money left to try and fight this to remove him from the mortgage or sell the home. I have no family or friends that can help at all so don't know where else to turn to get him away from us finally.. my solicitor charges £288 per hour and has estimated 15k - 20k to do the work to force a sale or decision on the property. As its a bad ongoing domestic abuse case and not straight forward could be more. My 10 and 5 year old have endured 3 years of this and no life as all spare money went to getting this case sorted, but I've run out there's nothing and I can't physically work anymore hours.
