I will be taking part in the Almac Belfast City Woman’s 10k to raise money for Solas and West Well being Suicide Prevention in honour of my 2 cousins Rachael and Daniel who unfortunately past away within the last 2 years.

Solas is a charity dedicated to supporting children and young people with additional needs - Rachael had just qualified as a teacher before her passing and had hoped to continue her work with children with additional needs. Rachael volunteered with Solas for many years.

West Well-being Suicide Prevention provides immediate access to care and support for those with poor mental health. Daniel passed away by suicide and as a family, we want to help prevent anyone else from suffering and to know help is always available.

The total money that is raised, will be spilt equally between these 2 amazing charities.
