Today, I took a big step toward the completion of my project. The solar panel component box has been placed at the fridge site. Now I am left with the installation and wiring of the solar panels. Below are pictures of the component box and the battery to be placed in it.
Thank you all for your help, and kindly share this page with your friends.

Hi Friends,
This posting is a quick update on my Eagle Project. This week, I ordered and received some components for the project (see below). Also, I have begun building what would house the battery, inverter, charge control, and ATS.
I hope to get more donations soon to purchase the battery and solar panels.
Kindly share my fundraiser with your friends and family.
Thank you very much.
Nai.

Hello,
My name is Nai Abbeyquaye. I am a 17-year-old Life Scout from Troop 182 Holden, and I attend Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. I am looking to raise about $2800.00 and need your help. I have been a scout since the first grade and have begun working on my Eagle project. For my project, I am working with the non-profit organization Worcester Community Fridges, also known as Woo Fridges. Woo Fridges currently maintains four community fridges throughout Worcester that provide food for those who need it. Its mission is to reduce food insecurity in the city, and my Eagle project aligns with this goal. Specifically, my Eagle project encompasses the installation of solar panels so the fridges can run on solar power. In addition, this project would serve as a pilot for the organization to set up more fridges in areas around the city where access to electricity is a problem. I will also build a volunteer box to store cleaning items at the South Street Fridge location and repaint the cupboard area of the fridge. The funds raised will go toward the cost of materials and supplies needed to complete the process. Some required materials include solar panels, plywood, lithium iron phosphate battery, mounting equipment, etc. Any unused money will go to Worcester Community Fridges. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for supporting my project.
Yours in Scouting,
