We are delighted to team up again, Caroline of the First Responders, Chris & Myrtle of the Beating Hearts group & Cllrs Paul O'Brien & Gail Dunne for our next project. The team have idenified the need for a defib on the Murrough, as we all know time is of the essence when someone suffers a cardiac arrest. This defib will have to be powered by a solar panel & the entire unit, including the difib will cost €4500. We are launching a GoFundme page for this worthwhile project & would appreciate your support no matter how small or large the amount. Cllr Dunne & myself will start the ball rolling by donating €100 each. 

We will also be announcing more funding in the coming weeks for round 2 of the defibs for housing estates. The first round was a huge success & we felt it important to keep going with this worthwhile project & if it saves one life it will be worthwhile.
