Sofia grace

Hi my name is Danielle and I am sofias mum,Sofia got taken into hospital really unwell on the 7/7/22 where they had found one of the valve had a large clot and wasn't allowing blood to flow to the rest of her organs which resulted in her being in kidney and liver failure,we got told as a family to say our goodbyes as she may not have made it through the night.but my little girl is fighting so hard and is improving everyday she still has a long road ahead and we are still struggling to get her kidneys and liver back working,her clot has got a little smaller which is allowing more blood to flow through her body. We may be in the hospital for a few months while she recovers so we are just asking for a little help to support us while we are hear so we can stay with Sofia ever day and for as long as we can.
