Times are tough, uncertain, and scary as the world reels from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. While the rest of us are confined to our homes waiting for life to resume, healthcare workers are on the front lines heroically fighting the virus and caring for the sick. They are overburdened, overwhelmed, exhausted, inadequately supported - and yet they soldier on all day, everyday to fulfill their oath and responsibilities, even though they know they are risking their lives in the process.

We at Righteous Felon  & RTZN Brands  wish we were equipped to contribute the necessary PPE to hospitals, but we still want to do our part to offer support and positivity the best way we know how - with food and nourishment. It started with a shipment of snacks to a friend at NYU Langhorne Hospital in Brooklyn, and we are setting up this GoFundMe to raise $1,000 to send five (5) shipments of $200 worth of care packs - loaded with snacks that are high in functional, energy-sustaining ingredients - directly to hospitals in Philadelphia. Our ultimate hope is to blow past this initial goal and raise enough money to provide healthy snack bundles for doctors, nurses, and general staff in every hospital in the metro area, and then expand the program to supply hospitals all over the country (you can email us at [email redacted] if you want your donation to go to a specific hospital).

A little bit about us: Righteous Felon is a craft jerky company established in 2012 and started RTZN Brands in 2017 to diversify our offerings to serve everyone, not just meat lovers.  We now find ourselves uniquely positioned to provide a diverse collection of snacks and want to leverage the resources at our disposal in a time of need.
