One of my former students in Bhutan, Pem Tshering, needs just a little bit of help. He's in his fourth year at Symbiosis Law School in India, studying for a bachelors or arts and bachelors of legislative law, and his laptop screen just broke. We need $200 to fix it.

I am covering a chunk of this, but he and I would really appreciate any small amount you can give! It's not a lot of money, so I'm hoping people have ten or twenty dollars to spare for an excellent cause and a good kid.
