Small change towards a big difference

Hi my name is Cam. I am a teacher here in Oz with a passion for changing the world through empowering the next generation to be the change. I have a special place in my heart for Cambodia as it was where I first decided to become a teacher in Dec 2013! A life changing trip to Cambodia saw me quit my Physio degree and take up teaching (at the shock of my parents who were both teachers and missionaries). A quick email to JCU and a swap on the platform and the rest is history.

here is what we are currently working towards:

Urgent Appeal: Help Us Rebuild & Support a Rural Cambodian School!

Dear friends, I have a long-standing connection with a dedicated team in Preah Vihear province, Cambodia. Together, we are working on four critical projects to improve an old school, support teachers, and provide essentials for 239 students. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to these projects—no overheads, just impact.

We need to:

✅ Repair & paint classrooms ($4,560 AUD)

✅ Provide school supplies for 239 students ($912 AUD)

✅ Support 11 teachers with food for 6 months ($1,505 AUD)

✅ Install a life-changing water well ($3,040 AUD)

✅ Bless a key local leader with extra support ($912 AUD)
