Join our efforts in applying pressure to City Council and recalling Mayor Garcia. LB strong is an organization created for the people of Long Beach CA What are you raising money for? To end police brutality by recalling Mayor Garcia. What will the funds be used for? The funds will be used to pay administrative filing fees, purchase supplies for volunteers (masks, gloves, water, etc...), conduct trainings for volunteers, etc... All funds will go back into the community to push our initiative. What is LB Strong? LB Strong was founded by a Long Beach native and resident Franklin Sims and Sabrina Cupid during the protest of George Floyd’s and Black Lives Matter in Long Beach. LB Strong’s goal is to help improve the livelihood of the community. Who is Franklin? Franklin received his undergrad from Long Beach State University. He graduated from UC Berkeley’s Bolt Law school then returned to Long Beach and continued his career. Who is Sabrina? Sabrina received her undergrad degree from Spelman College and started her career.
