Hi, a group of local communities have come together to assist Sligo Co.Co developing a ~17 km protected/segregated Greenway-active travel route connecting Strandhill-Sligo town-Rosses Point, the Sligo "Seaway".

We have secured €30k Sligo LEADER funding to contract a specialist consultant to carry out a socio-economic study. This study will provide everyone with a projected value to local residents and businesses - it is our belief that the project has huge sustainable tourism and active travel potential to benefit all.

However, the community is required to generate 10% of the funding and we are asking for your support to reach the €3,000.

Thanks to businesses and individuals that have already donated. We are asking for around €15 from individual and around €60 from businesses (businesses will be tagged and credited across social media).
