Skydiving in Honour of Our Dear Friend, Andrew

Hello! Thank you for visiting our page.

In honour of our dearly missed friend, Andrew, we’re stepping (or leaping!) out of our comfort zones to do a skydive at the North London Skydiving centre, Cambridgeshire on Sunday 9th July 2023.

Andrew died on the 8th March 2023 and is survived by his two wonderful children (aged 12 and 8).

As some of his closest friends, we miss Andrew every day and want to do something big and bold in his memory….so what better way to do that than throwing ourselves out of a plane?!

We are also taking on this challenge to raise funds for Andrew’s two children, whom he loved more than anything in the world. We want to make sure that they have all the support they need as they navigate life without their dad – now and in the future. The money we raise could be for mentoring, counselling, or anything else they may need to help them manage life’s ups and downs.

We know we can’t fix everything, but we can do this. If you're able to donate, we would be incredibly grateful, and we know Andrew would appreciate it more than we can express. If you can’t donate, your support and good wishes for our safe landing are very much appreciated too! When we are (hopefully!) back on the ground in one piece, we’ll update you all – probably whilst eating bags of Tangy Cheese Doritos in dedication to our unique and irreplaceable friend.

Everyone who met Andrew had only good things to say about him, and we think he would say good things about us doing this skydive - to honour his memory, support his children and remind ourselves of the importance of living life to the fullest.
