Skydive for Sefton Baby Baskets

In light of the awful and unimaginable events that have taken place over the last few days, I felt it was a perfect opportunity to spread some positivity and love in going ahead with my plan to complete a skydive for charity. My skydive is booked for Friday 30th August (weather permitting) from 11,000ft, and will be in support of our local partners at Sefton Baby Baskets. Those know who of their service will know the invaluable and selfless support they provide to our local community and families across Sefton and Merseyside. I wanted to do something that highlighted their tireless efforts and give something, albeit small, back to them as a token of appreciation to all the volunteers and donors who make running the organisation possible.

Sefton Baby Basket provide essential baby equipment and basics for families across the whole of the Liverpool City region and beyond. They donate their time to not only taking donations of such items, but ensure they are washed, ironed and packed in the most gorgeous fashion which brings happiness and reassurance to families who are in need. They are an essential resource which, as a health visiting service, we rely on almost weekly; we refer families from all backgrounds and circumstances who are in need of help in preparing for their new baby to enter the world. We have seen within Merseyside how communities have come together through dark times, and we all recognise how this has made a substantial impact on our community for the better.

Any donation, small or large is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance for being part of this small act of kindness ❤️ A small amount of the funds will be going towards the cost of the dive itself and the rest will go to SBB; this has been discussed and agreed with the charity organiser.
