I am looking to raise £400 to donate to this amazing charity. The chances are you have either had a loved one in a hospice at some point or know of someone who has, and the work they do is heartbreakingly hard but makes such a difference to all involved. My granny was in a hospice in Belfast and as a family, we could not have managed without them. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
