Skydive for Cilla

Hi family and friends,

I’m doing a sky dive on the 18th of July 2025 to raise money for cancer research in memory of Auntie Cilla, who sadly passed away unexpectedly from cancer in December 2019. Her passing left a huge hole in all of our hearts.

Auntie Cilla was a true inspiration in my life. One of my most special memories is how she encouraged me to be creative. She helped me discover my love for journaling, which has become such an important part of who I am. It was something we connected over deeply and even now, writing helps me feel close to her.

Her kindness, strength, and endless support meant so much to me and to everyone who knew her. Losing Cilla so suddenly was truly heartbreaking, and not a day goes by that we don’t miss her deeply.

Since losing her, I’ve struggled to find the right way to honour her memory and to do something meaningful that reflects the endless love I have for her. Taking on this sky dive feels like a powerful way to do that. It’s something completely outside my comfort zone, but I want to turn my grief into something positive, something that could help others facing the pain of cancer.
