Hi, my name is Jack, and I’m a 21-year-old personal trainer from Liverpool. Recently, I lost my mum, Kim—my biggest supporter and the person who always encouraged me to push through life’s challenges. Before she passed, she gave me an incredible final gift: a sky dive. While I’ve never dreamed of doing something like this before, it feels like the perfect way to honor her memory and her belief in me to face my fears and embrace life.

My mum lived with arthritis and psoriasis, conditions that affected her deeply but never diminished her strength or her love for others. That’s why I’ve chosen to dedicate this sky dive to raising funds for Psoriatic Disease UK, supporting people living with these conditions and helping create a positive impact in her honor.

This isn’t just a jump—it’s a tribute to the amazing person my mum was and the legacy she’s left behind. Any support, no matter how small, would mean so much to me and help turn this final gift from her into something truly meaningful.
